FTC Refunding Western Union Scam Victims - Deadline is Feb 12, 2018

If you lost money to a scammer who had you pay using Western Union between January 1, 2004 and January 19, 2017, you can now file a claim to get your money back.

The Western Union remission plan is part of an interlocking set of state and federal settlements with the company.

Gilardi, the settlement administrator retained by USDOJ and USPIS to administer the remission, is currently reaching out to victims via mail.
